Hi — I’m Michelle.

I’m a Jersey-born, Arizona-living, wife and mom of three (one with Down syndrome). Before motherhood, I spent over a decade in visual merchandising and graphic design — which means I know how to make things look good, and how much brands rely on us buying excess and how it slows real life dowlu
Motherhood made that impossible to ignore.

Between postpartum recovery, multiple moves, and later navigating therapies and appointments, I realized that life didn’t need more effort — it needed better support. The systems I built weren’t about perfection or productivity; they were about keeping our home running when my capacity was limited.

Parenting a child with Down syndrome added another layer — not just emotionally, but logistically. Appointments, advocacy, and paperwork don’t pause the rest of life; they stack on top of it. The systems I’d already built became essential.

That lived experience shapes everything I share — on the podcast and through the tools I create.

If you’re craving Italian Riviera calm but living in a Goldfish-crusted SUV, you’re in the right place.

From surviving to thriving.

"Working with Michelle is one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself. The strategies are very simple and easy to grasp but have made a huge impact within our home. I feel less overwhelmed, more at ease and our home is significantly more peaceful and calm than it used to be."
